Alchemy has partnered with Google to create our translating tool to provide a quick machine translation. Keep in mind Google Translate is the starting line, not the final destination. It’s important to remember the following:
- Have a fluent subject matter expert review translated materials
- Know the same phrase may translate differently as the translator improves
- Double translation are not recommended!
Series of capitalized words may be skipped – check for translations

What information is translated?
Only Creator fields (within Slide Properties and Course Settings) are translated with this feature. Text on the PowerPoint slide will not be translated with this tool; however, you may use the PowerPoint translate tool in the Review tab for the slides themselves.
