How to Run a User Status Report
- Navigate to Reports and select Run Reports
- Select User Status Report
- The screen will refresh to display the report parameters available
- Select the groups or users that will be included in the report from the Group/User drop-down box
- Optional: Check the Use Intersection check box if you want the report to only include the users who are members of all the groups selected in the previous step

Optional: Define the date range to be included in this report by entering information in the Start Date and End Date text boxes

Optional: Refine the report by entering the training Status to be included. Training status refers to a person’s completion of a course, such as complete or in-progress

Status definitions:
- Complete: The user has completed a course
- In Progress: The user has begun, but not successfully completed a course
- Not Attempted: The user has not yet attempted a course

Status definitions:
- Optional: In the Show Current Status Only option, select Yes to display the most up-to-date of the user in their courses (Yes is the default)
- To only report on certain types of training courses, make a selection from the Course Categories Drop Down Menu
- The screen will refresh to show the courses available for the chosen category. Select the specific Parent Courses to include in the report
- Optional: You can further refine the report by Hire Date
- Optional: Include non-validated or archived users
- Optional: Organize the report by selecting the Primary and Secondary Sort Fields
- Select the report Format
- Select Submit to generate the report, or click the Submit and Schedule button to generate the report at later time
- Depending on the format you choose to view the report, you may need to click Open or Save
