Manager: Activities > Move Courses into Categories

Note: Alchemy Admins can move the Company Specific Courses that they have access to into the category of their choice! As a best practice, Alchemy recommends communicating any changes in category to all who are affected by this change.

Move Company Specific Courses into different categories

This can be done by any admin (Silver (SupDev L1+) Admin and above) who has access to Company Specific Courses

1. In Manager, navigate to Activities > Courses
2. Click on Parents & Categories at the top right corner
   
3. Select the check box next to the course(s) you would like to move
   • Click on the Filter button to narrow the field to show Company specific parents only
     
4. Click the Change Category at the bottom of the page
   
5. Choose your category from the available list and click Next 
   
6. Review your changes and press Save
   
   

Now when you open Player, you will find the courses moved in their new categories under the Activities tab.
