Note: If you also have administrative access to the Manager website, you will have the ability to alternate between your eLearning or ‘User’ profile and the ‘Admin’ side of Manager. The default view when you login the first time will be the ‘Admin’ side of Manager. This article shows what information users need to login to eLearning, and how administrators can find that information, as well as logging into eLearning from the administrator side of Manager.
Set Up Users for eLearning :
If you have eLearning included in your Alchemy platform, each individual user will have the ability to train in eLearning. To access eLearning, they will need the following:
- Your company's Manager site: www.sistemlms.com/companyname
- Their username and password
- Note: User ID and username are may be different
Find user information:
- In Manager, navigate to USERS and User Listing
- For Gold Admins, it is Users and admins
- Select the user who needs access to eLearning
- The Username can be found here
- If the password is unknown, it can be reset here by typing in a new one, and press SAVE
- The user will be prompted to create a new password upon logging into eLearning
Accessing eLearning from the Admin Side:
- In Manager, click on your name on the top right corner
- Select eLEARNING
Accessing the Admin page from the eLearning side:
- In eLearning, click on your name on the top right corner
- Select Admin
