Note: When a Question and Answer screen appears, the class can see the remote numbers of the users who have not responded to a question. This is helpful especially when there is a large group of people training.
The Unanswered Display
On a question screen, the display is on the bottom left hand corner. It shows the total number of users who have not answered in the white box, you will see this number decrease as users select their answers. To the right are the remote numbers who have not selected answers.
The display can show one of the following options (this can be changed in Display Settings in Player):
- Remote # (default)
- User ID
- User Name
- Remote # and Name

How to View Unanswered Remotes
If a facilitator would like to see who specifically has not answered, they can do so from the Manage Remotes window.
- During a question, click the Manage Remotes button
- If not already selected, choose Unanswered option from the drop-down menu located toward the top-right corner of the window. The list will display the information of each user who has not responded to the question.
- When you are finished viewing the user information, click Close to return to the question
