Player 7: Administration > Accessing the Client Media Folder

Note: The Client Media Folder is where company-specific files are stored. This folder appears on your computer’s desktop, and may also be accessed from within Player.

How to Access the Client Media Folder

  1. Click the Admin Settings Button located toward the top-left corner of the screen.
  2. In the Records and Media Management Section, click Client Media. The Client Media folder will appear in a new window and display the company-specific files saved on your computer.

  3. The Client Media folder can also be accessed by clicking the Client Media Folder located toward the top-right corner of the screen.
