Note: From the User Listing, there are multiple actions you can take to manage your users. This article gives a brief explanation of each tab within a user’s profile.
The user properties is where you will input or edit their information, the fields with asterisks are the ones that are required.
If you have Platinum Admin access, you can edit the user administration access. For information on how to do this, see Manager: Users > Adding and Promoting/Demoting Users (For Platinum Admins).
Under the Access Information section you can edit or reset the user password. Note that the user will be prompted to create a new password when they login after it is reset.
If this person is an administrator, you can also select if they will receive emails about upcoming learning plans due. For more information on this, see Manager: Users > Create Email Notifications for Learning Plans.
If you are using Instructor Led Training (ILT) as part of your training program, you can add individuals directly to an ILT from the Company Classes tab.
In this tab, you can manage the Learning Plans assigned to the user you are viewing. Assign users manually to a Learning Plan by selecting the +/- Learning Plans button.
If you want to see which questions a user had trouble with during a training session, view their full transcripts in this tab. The list will show all of the attempts this user has made on every mode of training in the Alchemy platform.
This tab will show any actions that have affected this user’s profile, for example if the user has been assigned to a learning plan.
