Note: From the User Listing, there are multiple actions you can take to manage your users. This article gives a brief explanation of each tab within a user’s profile.
Properties
The user properties is where you will input or edit their information, the fields with asterisks are the ones that are required.
If you have Platinum Admin access, you can edit the user administration access. For information on how to do this, see Manager: Users > Adding and Promoting/Demoting Users (For Platinum Admins).
Under the Access Information section, you can edit or reset the user password. Note that the user will be prompted to create a new password when they log in after it is reset. For more information on this, see eLearning: User Set Up and Admin Login
You can also select if they will receive emails about upcoming training and recently assigned training. If the person is an administrator, you can select if they will receive emails on users with incomplete learning plans and/or on expiring or recently expired Job Qualifications. For more information on this, see Manager: Users > Email Notifications.
Learning Plans
In this tab, you can manage the Learning Plans assigned to the user you are viewing. Assign users manually to a Learning Plan by selecting the +/- Learning Plans button.
Transcript
If you want to see which questions a user had trouble with during a training session, view their full transcripts in this tab. The list will show all of the attempts this user has made on every mode of training in the Alchemy platform.
History
This tab will show any actions that have affected this user’s profile, for example if the user has been assigned to a learning plan.
