Note: You must have an active e-mail address associated with your user profile in the Alchemy Manager website. See a supervisor if your e-mail needs to be added. The e-mail address can be a personal or work e-mail, as this is not monitored by Alchemy.
Initial Enrollment
There are two different ways you can enable the learner notification feature.
1. At initial login to eLearning, you will see the following pop-up page:
2. Check the box that says "Get alerts about your assigned training that is due"
3. Select SAVE
4. Emails will be sent daily when there is training due within 10 days
Alternate Enrollment Option
If you do not opt-in to e-mail notifications at the first appearance of the pop-up, you do have the option to opt-in under your eLearning user profile.
1. Upon eLearning sign-in, select "My Profile"
2. Check the box that says "Get alerts about your assigned training that is due"
3. Select SAVE
4. E-mails will be sent daily when there is training due within 10 days
