Note: Merging users will transfer any training records in the duplicate user to the correct user and then the duplicate user is deleted. Once this process occurs it cannot be undone. Our support team can assist if you have a long list of users who need to be merged. To make the process simple follow the steps below before contacting our support team. Collect and Add Usernames to Merge User Template
Note: To make this process fast and easy, download the Merge User Template before following the steps below. This document will provide a space for you to collect the username information for the correct and duplicate users.
- Download the Merge User Template located at the bottom of this page
- Log into your Manager website
- From the Users section, select Users and Admins and find the duplicate users
- Optional: Filter to include Archived Users - will display all hidden users
- Optional: Filter to include Archived Users - will display all hidden users
- Select the name of the user
- From the Properties tab, scroll down to the Access Information section
- Write down the Username (NOT the User ID) in the Merge User template
- The username of the duplicate user to the Old Username column
- The username of the user that is correct in the New Username column
- Repeat steps 4-7 for both the correct and duplicate users

- eLearning data will not be carried over if the user took the same course under both Usernames
- Test/Evaluation Answers
- Learning Plan Subscriptions
- Facilitator Information for each Training Record
