The Quick Actions section of the app is located on the Homepage. This section allows you to view and filter through Observations status and groups.
Note: Observation results can be viewed in the Intertek Alchemy Mobile App, and legacy Coach app. Legacy Coach app instructions may vary.
View Observations in Quick Actions

Navigate to the Quick Actions section of the app, and select Assigned Observations Due.

Select the Filter icon on the right side of the search bar.

Select Filter options to find Users by Status. Observation status includes:
- Not Started
- In progress
- Compliant
- Not Compliant
- Not Compliant - CA Pending
- Not Compliant - CA Complete

4. Once you have completed your actions, the app will Sync and provide a green confirmation ribbon.
