If you're missing past due courses, it might be because additional time wasn't added for course completion beyond the due date. Also, check you're looking in the right section; you should be in My Learning Plans not My Courses.

It may be that you are not using a supported browser (see recommended browsers above). More likely, the pop-up window has been blocked, disable the pop-up blocker and try the play the course again.

Your eLearning sessions will automatically end after 60 minutes of inactivity. This timeout is in place to protect the security of your session. If your session times out, you'll simply need to log back in to pick up where you left off in your eLearning course.
