Playbook: How to Provisionally Qualify a User

A user can be Provisionally Qualified for a job if the Admin decides the user has enough job experience to warrant bypassing training for that role.

Note: Users can only be Provisionally Qualified in Manager by an administrator that has the Qualification Admin role, or Diamond Admin access.

1. Navigate to Job qualifications in Manager
2. Select the Job qualification in question
3. Click on the Assignments tab
4. Select the user from the list of assigned users that should be qualified
   • They must first be assigned to the Qualification
5. Click QUALIFY
   
   
6. Enter in a reason for Provisionally Qualifying the user
7. Click APPLY
   
8. You will now see that user Provisionally Qualified in Manager and Playbook
