Adding questions to your Creator course is a great way to help your employees to retain information, while allowing the facilitator to check for comprehension and gain insightful information from learners. The questions will work in Player, eLearning and Playbook.
Insert Question Slide
In PowerPoint navigate to the Alchemy Creator ribbon and select Question Slide.
the Question Slide will appear after the highlighted slide in PowerPoint (recommended).
The Question Slide location defaults to the first slide if a slide is not highlighted.
By default the question slide will be a Multiple-Choice type of question, see Change Question Type for other options.

From the slide properties panel, click Options.
The Question Options window will appear.
Select a Question Type then click on Apply.

Questions with custom answers
Number of Answers (2-4 answers)
Score Style, Graded is the default, Non-Graded questions will not count towards a score
True/False
Question with True and False answers
Score Style, Graded is the default, Non-Graded questions will not count towards a score
Yes/No

Score Style, Graded is the default, Non-Graded questions will not count towards a score
Rating Scale
Likert scale questions and up to 6 Likert responses
Not a graded question
Common uses include; Measuring satisfaction, Evaluating agreement with procedures, tracking changes in attitudes before/after training

Fill in Question Text and Answer Text fields
True/False and Yes/No question types will auto-populate
the answer text boxes
Check the Correct answer box
Add Audio (recommended)
Microphone icon: Record in Creator
Speaker icon: Import a previously
recorded audio clip
Add Pictures. Note: Creator supports
one image for each text box
View the image for the specific answer

Note: Previewing will only display the current
slide without audio, you can preview the audio
after exporting the complete course
Rating Scale Question
Fill in Question Text and Answer Text fields
Rating Scale will auto-populate the answer text boxes with Strongly Agree, Agree, etc. They can be changed.
Add Audio (recommended)
Microphone icon: Record in Creator
Speaker icon: Import a previously recorded audio clip
Change the pre-populated text, if desired.
