Note: Courses you see listed in My Learning Plans are part of a Learning Plan that you have been assigned to by a supervisor. This view allows you to see the due date of the Learning Plan and any activities that may not be available in eLearning.
How to View Courses in My Learning Plans
- On the eLearning navigation panel on the left, select My Learning Plans
- To view requirements of a specific Learning Plan you are subscribed to, choose from the drop-down menu
- You can also choose to hide or show retired Learning Plans, as well as hide or show completed activities
- If not already displayed, click the carrot (^) next to a Learning Plan to view the specific activities
- Click the play icon to the left of the course you wish to take
- Pop-up blockers must be disabled for a course to be viewed
- If the course did not start automatically, click the Play Button on the next screen to begin the course
- Exiting out of the window before the course is complete will result in an "In Progress" status
- You can resume the course at a later time and pick-up from your previous session from the My courses tab
Past Due Learning Plans
If your Alchemy administrator has allowed courses to be completed past the due date of the learning plan, a past due warning will display next to the due date
Completed Learning Plans
If you have completed a Learning you will see the completed date and a certificate icon that will open a printable certificate
