This article lists all of the PIN-requirements for the Playbook and Coach app. You'll receive an in-app error if your password doesn't meet Alchemy's security requirements.
PIN Requirements
- Must be a 4-10 PIN (numbers only)
- Cannot have more than two repeated adjacent numbers
- Bad: 1111, 1112, 4440
- Good: 2233, 5599, 7533
- Cannot have more than two sequential adjacent numbers
- Bad: 1235, 8345, 2789
- Good: 1245, 3422, 9987
- Each user will have their own PIN
- PIN must be set-up for each device you enroll in
- Best Practice: Keep the same PIN on each device so you don't have to remember more than one
Note: If you receive the in-app error "PIN not secure" ensure that your PIN follows the guidelines above:
