Best Practice: Coach and Playbook Pin Requirements

Note: This article lists all of the PIN-requirements for Coach and Playbook. You'll receive an in-app error if your password doesn't meet Alchemy's security requirements. 

PIN Requirements

• Must be a 4-10 PIN (numbers only)
• Cannot have more than two repeated adjacent numbers
  • Bad: 1111, 1112, 4440
  • Good: 2233, 5599, 7533
• Cannot have more than two sequential adjacent numbers
  • Bad: 1235, 8345, 2789
  • Good: 1245, 3422, 9987
• Each user will have their own PIN 
• PIN must be set-up for each device you enroll in
  
  • Best Pratice: Keep the same PIN on each device so you don't have to remember more than one

Note: If you receive the in-app error "PIN not secure" ensure that your PIN follows the guidelines above:
