This article provides steps to save, view, and download your SMART reports. Learn how to save your reports for future use, access previously saved reports, and download them for offline use.
Save Reports
You can save your Smart Reports to refer back to later on. This is especially useful if you have specific filters/columns used for different courses, groups, and/or Learning Plans.
- Customize the Smart Report to fit your needs
- Click on the SAVE ICON on the top right of the report window or
- SAVE AS NEW REPORT in the Report Settings panel
- Give the report a name, then click SAVE
- If you do not change the name, it will be automatically saved as the title of the Smart Report and Report_1
- ex. Learning Plan Progress Report_1
- If you do not change the name, it will be automatically saved as the title of the Smart Report and Report_1
View and change a Saved Report
- From the Report Settings at the top right corner, click on the drop-down arrow and select the report to load
- Click on the pencil icon to edit the name of the Saved Report
- Select the star next to the report name to make it the default report
Download Reports
To download Smart Reports, select the download button at the top right of the table. This will provide the option to download the table as a CSV or XLSX.
Important: Downloading large sets of data may take an extended amount of time. Wait until the file has begun downloading before you navigate to another page, as this will cancel the download process.
