Note: Not all columns are available in all reports, and columns may appear blank if the information is not available or not added to the user profile. Most user information can be managed through the user profile.

Activity code (Course code) | The title of the specific training activity or course. |
Activity status | The status of the training activity. Statuses include:

Corrective Action Done | Indicates if corrective action was taken. Possible values are "Yes" or "No". |
Corrective Action Done By | The name of the person who marked the corrective action as Complete. |
Corrective Action Note | Notes or details about the corrective action taken. |
Course Type | The classification of the training course. Types include:

Date of hire (DOH) | The date when the user (employee) was hired. |
Date of termination (DOT) | The date when the user (employee) was terminated or left. |
Delivery method | The method used to deliver the training. Methods include:

Department group | The department in which the user (employee) belongs to. |
Detailed Status | Provides more specific information about the completion status. Statuses include:

Division group | The division in which the user (employee) belongs to. |
Due date | The due date for completing the learning plan. |
Employee Signature | The signature of the employee being observed. |
Employment type group | The classification is based on the type of employment of the user (employee). |
Est duration (min) | The estimated duration of the training activity in minutes. |
Expiration Date | The date on which the qualification expires and needs renewal. |
External ID | The external identifier associated with the training activity. |
Facilitator first name | The first name of the facilitator conducting the training. |
Facilitator Full Name | The full name of the facilitator conducting the training. |
Facilitator last name | The last name of the facilitator conducting the training. |
Facilitator user ID | The unique user ID of the facilitator conducting the training. |
Filtered user groups | The groups filtered by specific criteria related to the user's (employee's) training activities. |
Job classification group | The classification based on the job classification assigned to the user (employee). |
Job code group | The classification based on the job code assigned to the user (employee). |
Job title group | The classification based on the job title assigned to the user (employee). |
Language | The language in which the training activity or course was conducted. |
Observation Code | The unique code assigned to the observation. |
Observation end | The date and time when the observation was completed. |
Observation Start | The date and time when the observation began. |
Observation title | The title of the observation. |
Observation version | The version number of the observation. |
Observed by | The name of the person who conducted the observation. |
Observed By First Name | The first name of the person who conducted the observation. |
Observed By Last Name | The last name of the person who conducted the observation. |
Observed By User ID | The unique user ID of the person who conducted the observation. |
Parent | The name of the parent activity. This name could vary (e.g., in Spanish or a different version for another department) but still provides credit for the parent course. |

Passing score | The minimum score required to pass the training activity. |
Pay rate | The rate of pay for the user (employee). |

Plan Type | The type of learning plan, which can be one of the following:

Positive Reinforcement Delivered | Indicates if positive reinforcement was given. Possible values are "Yes" or "No". |
Qualification Name | The name of the qualification. |
Question | The text or content of the question presented to the user. |
Question Comment | Refers to comments recorded in the observation by the Coach Admin. |
Question ID | A unique identifier assigned to each question in the training activity. |
Question Photos | Indicated by a number that represents the quantity of photos for the observation question. Hyperlinked to the Users transcript to display photos that are attached to the observation question(s). |
Question Result | Identifies how the User scored on the Observation Question. |
Question Text | The text or content of the question within the observation. |
Question Type | The format of the question, such as multiple choice or true/false. |
Region group | The geographical region where the user (employee) is located. |
Reinforcement Done By | The name of the person who completed the positive reinforcement. |
Remediation | Indicates whether the question is a remediation question. Possible values are "Yes" or "No" |
Renewal Start Date | The date when the renewal process for the qualification begins, allowing the user to start completing the activities needed to renew their qualified status. |
Retired | Indicates whether the learning plan is retired and no longer active |
Root Cause | Root cause comments written in the observation. |
Section Title | Indicates which section of the observation the question is listed under. |
Session duration | The duration of the training session (HH:MM:SS) |
Session duration (min) | The duration of the training session in minutes. |
Session duration (sec) | The duration of the training session in seconds. |
Shift group | The classification based on the shift assigned to the user (employee). |
Status | The current status of the user's qualification. Possible statuses include:
