Report Filter Descriptions (SMART)

This article explains each filter type available in SMART reports to help you customize and analyze your training data effectively. Whether tracking user progress, training status, or specific activities, this guide will help you get the most out of your reports.Note: Not all filters are available in all reports. Some filters are not available for selection until a prerequisite filter is selected.

Filter Name	Filter Description
Activity Date	The date the qualification activity occurred or will occur: A Period of time: A predetermined date range based on the last set of days or next set of days. From Date: The initial or start date in which you want the range to include. To Date: The final or end date in which you want the range to include.
Activity Status	The status of the training activity. Statuses include: Complete: The user has completed the activity and received a passing score. In Progress: The user has started but not completed the activity, either because they paused in the middle of a session or did not receive a passing score. Not Attempted: The user has not attempted the training activity. Note: Some reports will display all activities that were not attempted during the specified time period selected.
Activities from Previous Qualifications	When selected, will include activities from previous qualifications.
Answer Status	The status of the user's answer. Statuses include: Correct: The user's answer is correct. Incorrect: The user's answer is incorrect. Not Answered: The user did not answer the question, possibly because they have not taken the activity yet. Ungraded: The question was not scored.
Archived Users	When selected, includes archived users in the report.
Delivery Method	The method used to deliver the training. Methods include: Player: Training delivered through the Player platform. eLearning: Online training modules. Coach: Training sessions conducted using the Coach App. Playbook: Courses created and delivered using the Playbook course creation tool. Other (ILT): Instructor-led training sessions conducted outside the platform.
Detailed Status	The status of the training activity. Statuses include: Complete: The user has completed the activity and received a passing score. In Progress: The user has started but not completed the activity, either because they paused in the middle of a session or did not receive a passing score. Not Attempted: The user has not attempted the training activity.
From Date	The initial or start date in which you want the range to include.
Group Filter	A specific system and/or corporate group, or groups based on HR integration settings: Status Pay Type Time Type Employment Type Region Subregion Division Business Unit Department Job Code Job Title Job Classification Shift
Learning Plan	The selected learning plan the report will run data from. Multiple Learning plans can be selected.
My Admin Groups	The groups in which you have admin access to and want to include data on. One or multiple groups can be selected.
MTD (Month-to-date)	MTD include all dates from the beginning of the current month (1st of the current month) up to the current date.
Observation	The selected Observation the report will run data from. One or multiple Observations can be selected.
Parent Activity	The parent course to be selected for the report. It will include child courses.
Period	Includes a predetermined date range based on the last set of days or next set of days.
Qualified Date	The date range the user was or will be qualified: A Period of time: a predetermined date range based on the last set of days or next set of days. From Date: The initial or start date in which you want the range to include. To Date: The final or end date in which you want the range to include.
Qualification Expiration Date Range	The qualification expiration date range which can be set to: A Period of time: a predetermined date range based on the last set of days or next set of days. From Date: The initial or start date in which you want the range to include. To Date: The final or end date in which you want the range to include.
Qualifications Status	The selected user status the report will run data from: Compliant: The observation meets all the required standards. Not Compliant: The observation does not meet the required standards. Not Compliant - CA Pending: The observation does not meet the required standards, and corrective action is pending. Not Compliant - CA Complete: The observation did not meet the required standards, but corrective action has been completed.
Retired Plan	When selected, the report includes Learning Plans that are retired and no longer active.
Retired Qualifications	When selected, the report includes qualifications that have been retired.
Subscriptions	When selected, the report includes future Learning Plan subscriptions.
Supervisor	Select users with supervision access. The report will include user data supervised by the designated supervisor. One or more users with supervision access can be selected.
To Date	The final or end date in which you want the range to include.
Training Status	The status of the training activity: In Progress: The user has started but not completed the activity, either because they paused in the middle of a session or did not receive a passing score. Completed: The user has completed the activity and received a passing score.
User Plan Completion Status	The current status of the user learning plan: Completed: The Learning Plan has been fully completed. In Progress: The Learning Plan has been started but not yet completed. This could mean activities have been paused in the middle of a session or did not receive a passing score. Not Started: The user has not yet been started any activities in the Learning Plan.
Validated Users	When selected does not account for users that have not yet been validated.
Worksites	The worksite to be included in the report. One or multiple worksites can be selected.
YTD (Year-to-Date)	YTD include all dates from the beginning of the current calendar year (January 1st) up to the current date.
