When using the Import or Translate features for the first time in Creator, a pop-up will appear, asking you to provide your Manager credentials. Keep in mind that importing a course requires Creator Admin access, set by either your Diamond Admin or Alchemy (you do not need this level of access to use the Translate feature).
Secure Sign-In
- From the secure pop-up, enter your Alchemy Manager username and password in the provided fields
- Select Sign in
- You only need to enter your login for one these options; you will not be required to enter it again
Alchemy strongly recommends upgrading to Player 8 as this is tied to better options and a more secure experience with Creator. You will be also be prompted to enter your Alchemy Manager credentials in Creator when this change occurs.
