The User Status Report provides a comprehensive overview of each user's training activities, including key details such as user information, training specifics, and completion status.
How to Access this Report
- Log in to Alchemy Manager
- Navigate to Reports and then select Run Reports
- Select User Status Report from the list
Report Parameters
Use the following table to understand each parameter. Parameters marked with (Required) must be set before generating the report.

| Group/Users (Required) |
Select specific worksites, groups or individual users to include in the report.

| Use Intersection | Check this box to only include users who are members of all the selected groups. |
| Start Date on or after (Optional) | Specify the start and end dates to filter the training data within a specific time frame. |
| End Date on or after (Optional) | |
| Status (Optional) | Filter by training completion status (e.g., Complete, In Progress, Not Attempted, or a combination). |
| Show Current Status Only (Optional) | Choose “Yes” to include only users with current training status. |
| Course Categories (Optional) |
You can narrow down the report by selecting specific course categories.

| Parent Course (Required) | Filter the report based on specific Parent courses. |
| Hire Date Range (Optional) | Filter users based on their hire dates. |
| Non-validated Users (Optional) | Choose whether to include, exclude, or only show users who have not been validated in the system. |
| Archived Users (Optional) | Decide whether to include or exclude users who have been archived. |
| Primary Sort Field (Optional) | Choose the main field by which to sort the report data. |
| Secondary Sort Field (Optional) | Optionally, select a secondary field for sorting the report data. |
| Format (Required) | Choose the format for the report output, such as PDF, HTML, CSV, XML, or XLS |

Reading the User Status Report Report

Run the report as a PDF for audits
- The report will include the date and time that the report was generated
- If the user attempts the activity multiple times, each one will be visible unless Show Current Staus Only is set to "Yes" in the parameters
