There are three ways to review Job Qualifications; two in Manager and the other on the floor using the Intertek Alchemy Mobile App. This article walks you through all three and how to use the search features in Manager and the app.
Note: You can review job qualifications in the legacy Playbook app, instructions may vary.
Review Job Qualifications in Manager
From Job Qualifications
- From the Activities tab, navigate to Job qualifications.
- Select the Job qualification you wish to review.
- From the Details tab, you can scroll down to see the required activities.
- Select the Assignments tab to see the users assigned and review their progress in the plan.
On the assignments tab the Status column shows the user's progress, or how many days remain until the job qualification must be renewed.
From Reports
The Export Qualifications Matrix shows all of the Job qualifications assigned in the worksite, and every employee assigned to any Job qualification. The Matrix shows the progress of the Job qualifications for the individuals. There is also the option to view the Smart Report Qualification Matrix, which is customizable. - In Manager, navigate to the REPORTS, then Run reports.
- Select Export Qualifications (Skills) Matrix by Worksite.
- Choose the report you wish to view.
- Select the required fields (or edit the filters and columns) and click SUBMIT to run the report.
- The names of Job qualifications are displayed in the columns.
- The names of the employees are displayed in the rows.

Review Qualifications in the Intertek Alchemy Mobile App (Playbook)
Note: Legacy Coach and Playbook instructions may vary.
- From the home page, select the Job qualification (can also be accessed using the navigation panel).
- Select the Job qualification you wish to review.

Qualified users will appear by default, click the In progress or Inactive tab to view other users.
- If you wish to see more detail, click on an individual user.
- If the Job qualification requires a renewal, the Qualified tab shows how many days remain until the job qualification must be renewed.
Use Search Features
Once you have identified and selected a job qualification from both the Mobile App and from Manager, you are able to use the Search Features to narrow down the list of Users.
From Manager
Use the Search Bar to find Users, or click on the Filter icon to filter by Status, Worksite or Group.
From the Intertek Alchemy Mobile App
From the Job Qualifications menu, use the Search bar to search for Qualifications. Use the Filter Icon to search for Qualifications that Has Qualified Users and those that have No Qualified Users.
