Copying existing job qualifications allows Manager administrators to quickly duplicate all associated details, requirements, and activities from an existing qualification. This streamlines the process by eliminating the need to recreate configurations from scratch, helps maintain consistency across roles, and significantly reduces administrative time and effort when building or updating job qualifications.
How to Copy Job Qualifications in Manager
- Navigate to the Job qualification that you want to copy.
- From the DETAILS tab of the Job qualification, click COPY.
- Confirm you want to copy the job qualification.
- Click ADD to save the new copied job qualification.
After you click add, you can edit the order of the activities, add an expiration/renewal window and assign users to the copied job qualification.
