Note: There are three ways to review Job Qualifications in Manager and on the floor using Playbook. Keep in mind that most of the Alchemy reports you are already using can include Playbook data.

Review Job Qualifications in Manager

In Job Qualifications 

1. From the Activities tab, navigate to Job qualifications 
2. Select the Job qualification you wish to review
3. From the Details tab, you can scroll down to see the required activities
4. Select the Assignments tab to see the users assigned and review their progress in the plan

On the assignments tab the Status column shows the user's progress, or how many days remain until the job qualification must be renewed. 

In Reports

The Export Qualifications Matrix shows all of the Job qualifications assigned in the worksite, and every employee assigned to any Job qualification. The Matrix shows the progress of the Job qualifications for the individuals. There is also the option to view the Smart Report Qualification Matrix, which is customizable. For information on customizing filters and columns in Smart Report, see Manager: Reports > Smart Report Filter and Column Options.

1. In Manager, navigate to the REPORTS > Run reports
2. Select Export Qualifications (Skills) Matrix by Worksite
   • Scroll down or choose Qualifications from the type of reports in the drop-down
3. Choose the report you wish to view
4. Select the required fields (or edit the filters and columns) and click SUBMIT to run the report
   • The names of Job qualifications are displayed in the columns
   • The names of the employees are displayed in the rows

Review Qualifications in Playbook

1. From the navigation panel, select the Job qualification icon
2. Select the Job qualification you wish to review
3. Qualified users will appear by default, click the In progress tab to view other users
4. If you wish to see more detail, click on an individual user
5. If the Job qualification requires a renewal, the Qualified tab shows how many days remain until the job qualification must be renewed.
