How to Complete a Corrective Action

Corrective Action Workflow

Option 1: Coach marks Corrective Action as complete in the app

1. Coach reviews the Corrective Action and has the user complete the Corrective Action as listed
2. Coach selects Mark Corrective Action Completed
3. Coach verifies by selecting Yes
4. Add optional note, and/or select Finish
   

Option 2: Mark Corrective Action Complete in Manager

Path 1: Pending Corrective Actions

1. Sync the Coach tablet after all Observations are complete
2. Navigate to Users > Pending Corrective Actions
3. Open the Observation result by clicking on any of the criteria

Path 2: User Transcript

1. Sync the Coach tablet after all observations are complete
2. Navigate to Users > User Listing, and choose the user
3. Select the Transcript tab
4. Click on the status (i.e. In Progress) or score to open the Observation results

Observation Result

1. Once in the Observation result, scroll down to view the Corrective Action
2. The Manager admin has the user complete the corrective action as listed
3. Select Mark As Complete
4. If desired, add an optional note, and select Finish
