After creating a Quick Assign Learning Plans you can edit the title, assign it to additional users and modify the dates. This article will walk you through the steps to find a Quick Assign Learning Plan and provide guidance on editing your Quick Assign Learning Plans.
Find a Quick Assign Learning Plan
By default, Quick Assign Learning Plans are hidden from the Learning Plan list. Follow these steps to make them visible.
- From your Manager website, navigate to the Activities section.
- Select Learning Plans.
- Click on Filter icon
located next to the Search bar.
- In Filter by plan type, select Quick assigned plans, then click APPLY.
Note: Select other learning plan types to include them in the learning plan list page. -
Click on the desired learning Plan title to edit it.
If you have selected multiple learning plans in the filter, check the Type column to confirm that it is a Quick Assign Learning Plan.
Edit a Quick Assign Learning Plan
