How to Import Mass SCORM Courses into eLearning

This guide provides instructions on how to import mass SCORM courses into your client Alchemy Manager site. SCORM content that follows the SCORM 2004, and SCORM 1.2 standards are supported by Alchemy. To coordinate the mass import of your SCORM courses consult with your Implementation Manager to ensure a seamless process.

1. Download the SCORM Courses Import Form located at the bottom of this article.
2. Complete the form using the specifications listed in the table below, noting which fields will be required for bulk import.
   • Note: For optimal record keeping and use within Manager, complete the form as thorough as possible. The field size refers to the number of characters allowed within the Alchemy system.

     CE Content File	50	Required Field Zip SCORM File (Name.zip) File name must match filename that is uploaded to Alchemy's server

     Note: For more information on Course Locale, please see attachment of Locale Codes for Course Language that are compatible with the Alchemy system.

3. Once completed, send the form to your Implementation Manager.
   • Note: SCORM content zip files will be uploaded to your specific server. Your Implementation Manager can assist with this.
