Report Column Descriptions

This article explains each column type available in reports to help you customize and analyze your training data effectively. Whether tracking user progress, training status, or specific activities, this guide will help you get the most out of your reports.

Note: Not all columns are available in all reports, and columns may appear blank if the information is not available or not added to the user profile. Most user information can be managed through the user profile.

Column Name	Column Description
Activity code (Course code)	The title of the specific training activity or course.
Activity status	The status of the training activity. Statuses include: Complete: The user has completed the activity and received a passing score. In Progress: The user has started but not completed the activity, either because they paused in the middle of a session or did not receive a passing score. Not Attempted: The user has not attempted the training activity.
Activity title	The title of the specific training activity or course.
Answer	The user's response to the question.
Answer Status	The status of the user's answer. Statuses include: Correct: The user's answer is correct. Incorrect: The user's answer is incorrect. Not Answered: The user did not answer the question, possibly because they have not taken the activity yet. Ungraded: The question was not scored.
Business unit group	The business unit within the organization to which the user (employee) belongs.
Category	The category of the training activity.
Coach Signature	The signature of the coach or observer.
Completion Status	Indicates the current state of the observation. Possible statuses include: Completed: The observation has been fully conducted and finalized. In Progress: The observation has started but is not yet completed. This could mean the observation is ongoing or the individual went through the observation but did not meet all criteria to "pass." Not Started: The observation has not begun.
Corrective Action Done	Indicates if corrective action was taken. Possible values are "Yes" or "No".
Corrective Action Done By	The name of the person who marked the corrective action as Complete.
Corrective Action Note	Notes or details about the corrective action taken.
Course Type	The classification of the training course. Types include: Alchemy: An Alchemy course. Observation: An observation conducted in the Coach App. CS Player: A company-specific course available only in Player (e.g., PPTs, Word docs). Creator: A course created using the Creator PowerPoint plug-in and uploaded into Manager as a Creator course. CS Learning: An AICC or SCORM course uploaded into Manager, available only eLearning. ILT: Instructor-led training conducted outside the platform. Playbook: A course created using the Playbook course builder.
Date of hire (DOH)	The date when the user (employee) was hired.
Date of termination (DOT)	The date when the user (employee) was terminated or left.
Delivery method	The method used to deliver the training. Methods include: Player: Training delivered through the Player platform. eLearning: Online training modules. Coach: Training sessions conducted using the Coach App. Playbook: Courses created and delivered using the Playbook course creation tool. Other (ILT): Instructor-led training sessions conducted outside the platform.
Department group	The department in which the user (employee) belongs to.
Detailed Status	Provides more specific information about the completion status. Statuses include: Compliant: The observation meets all the required standards. Not Compliant: The observation does not meet the required standards. Not Compliant - CA Pending: The observation does not meet the required standards, and corrective action is pending. Not Compliant - CA Complete: The observation did not meet the required standards, but corrective action has been completed.
Division group	The division in which the user (employee) belongs to.
Due date	The due date for completing the learning plan.
Employee Signature	The signature of the employee being observed.
Employment type group	The classification is based on the type of employment of the user (employee).
Est duration (min)	The estimated duration of the training activity in minutes.
Expiration Date	The date on which the qualification expires and needs renewal.
External ID	The external identifier associated with the training activity.
Facilitator first name	The first name of the facilitator conducting the training.
Facilitator Full Name	The full name of the facilitator conducting the training.
Facilitator last name	The last name of the facilitator conducting the training.
Facilitator user ID	The unique user ID of the facilitator conducting the training.
Filtered user groups	The groups filtered by specific criteria related to the user's (employee's) training activities.
Job classification group	The classification based on the job classification assigned to the user (employee).
Job code group	The classification based on the job code assigned to the user (employee).
Job title group	The classification based on the job title assigned to the user (employee).
Language	The language in which the training activity or course was conducted.
Observation Code	The unique code assigned to the observation.
Observation end	The date and time when the observation was completed.
Observation Start	The date and time when the observation began.
Observation title	The title of the observation.
Observation version	The version number of the observation.
Observed by	The name of the person who conducted the observation.
Observed By First Name	The first name of the person who conducted the observation.
Observed By Last Name	The last name of the person who conducted the observation.
Observed By User ID	The unique user ID of the person who conducted the observation.
Parent	The name of the parent activity. This name could vary (e.g., in Spanish or a different version for another department) but still provides credit for the parent course.

Passing score	The minimum score required to pass the training activity.
Pay rate	The rate of pay for the user (employee).
Pay type group	The classification based on the type of pay for the user (employee).
Plan Type	The type of learning plan, which can be one of the following: Fixed Date Fixed Date Repeating Relative Date Relative Date Repeating
Position title	The job title of the user (employee).
Positive Reinforcement Delivered	Indicates if positive reinforcement was given. Possible values are "Yes" or "No".
Qualification Name	The name of the qualification.
Question	The text or content of the question presented to the user.
Question Comment	Refers to comments recorded in the observation by the Coach Admin.
Question ID	A unique identifier assigned to each question in the training activity.
Question Photos	Indicated by a number that represents the quantity of photos for the observation question. Hyperlinked to the Users transcript to display photos that are attached to the observation question(s).
Question Result	Identifies how the User scored on the Observation Question.
Question Text	The text or content of the question within the observation.
Question Type	The format of the question, such as multiple choice or true/false.
Region group	The geographical region where the user (employee) is located.
Reinforcement Done By	The name of the person who completed the positive reinforcement.
Remediation	Indicates whether the question is a remediation question. Possible values are "Yes" or "No"
Renewal Start Date	The date when the renewal process for the qualification begins, allowing the user to start completing the activities needed to renew their qualified status.
Retired	Indicates whether the learning plan is retired and no longer active
Root Cause	Root cause comments written in the observation.
Section Title	Indicates which section of the observation the question is listed under.
Session duration	The duration of the training session (HH:MM:SS)
Session duration (min)	The duration of the training session in minutes.
Session duration (sec)	The duration of the training session in seconds.
Shift group	The classification based on the shift assigned to the user (employee).
Status	The current status of the user's qualification. Possible statuses include: Qualified: The user has met all the requirements and holds a valid qualification. Provisionally Qualified: This status is assigned when an admin provisionally qualifies a user without the user having completed all the required activities to become fully qualified. In Progress: The user is in the process of completing the requirements for the qualification. Expired: The user's qualification has passed its expiration date and is no longer valid. Revoked: The user's qualification has been withdrawn due to certain conditions or failures to meet required standards.
Status group	The group classification based on the user's (employee's) employment status.
Subregion group	The specific subregion within the geographical region where the user (employee) is located.
Subscription type	The method by which the user was subscribed to the learning plan. This could be: Manual: The user was suscribed manually. Automatic: The user was added automatically based on group or worksite criteria.
Summary Comments	Summary comments written in the observation.
Supervisor	The name of the user's (employee's) direct supervisor or manager.
Time type group	The classification based on the time group assigned to the user (employee)
Training end date	The end date of the training session.
Training start date	The start date of the training session.
Training status	The current status of the user's training. Statuses include: Complete: The user has completed the course and received a passing score. In Progress: The user has started but not completed the course, either because they paused in the middle of a session or did not receive a passing score. Not Attempted: The user has not attempted the training activity.
User Activation Date	The date on which the user was suscribed to the learning plan.
User archived	Indicates whether the user (employee) has been archived in the system.
User email	The email address of the user (employee).
User first name	The first name of the user (employee).
User full name	The full name of the user (employee), typically in the format "Last Name, First Name".
User group(s)	The group(s) to which the user (employee) belongs.
User ID	A unique identifier assigned to each user (employee).
User last name	The last name of the user (employee).
User Plan Completion Status	The current status of the user's progress in the learning plan. Possible statuses include: In Progress: The user has started but not yet finished the learning plan. Completed: The user has finished the learning plan. Not Started: The user has not started the learning plan.
User Plan Progress	The progress status of the learning plan in percentage.
User validated	Indicates whether the user's (employee's) information has been validated.
User worksite	The physical location or site where the user (employee) works.
Username	The username of the user (employee).
User's score	The score achieved by the user (employee) in the training activity.
