Learning Plan Subscription Status Report SMART

The Learning Plan Subscription Status Report provides information on all Learning Plan subscriptions, including detailed information such as user details, subscription status, and progress. This article walks you through the different filter and column options available in this report.

How to Access this Report

  1. Log in to Alchemy Manager
  2. Navigate to Reports and then select Run Reports
  3. Select Learning Plan Subscription Status Report SMART from the list

     

Filter Options Specific to Activity Results Report SMART Report

Once you have made the desired customizations, click REFRESH at the bottom. The report will update based on the filter selections, and the settings drawer will close automatically.

  1. Select the Learning plan(s) you want to see in the report
    • By default, all learning plans will appear unless specifically selected.
    • Multiple learning plans can be selected.
  2. Select the Learning plan due date range you want to include in the report
    • All dates will be included by default unless a specific period or dates are selected.
  3. For the following options, simply check or uncheck the boxes:
    • Show retired plans will show any learning plans that have been retired.
    • Show future subscriptions will show learning plans that have have a future start date.
    • Show Archived Users will show any users that have been archived.
    • Hide non-validated users will not show users who are in the Validate users (Player) list.
    • By default, all User plan completion statuses will appear in the report unless a specific status is selected to display only the learning plans with the selected completion status.
  4. Select the Worksite of the training records being retrieved from
    • By default, all worksites you are an admin for will appear unless specifically selected.
    • multiple worksites can be selected
  5. Use My Admin Groups or Group Filter to select specific group(s) to view only the users who are a part of that group and have taken the activities.

Column Settings

For detailed descriptions of each column, refer to our Report Column Descriptions article. Once you have made the desired customizations, click REFRESH at the bottom. The report will update with the new filters and columns, and the settings drawer will close automatically.
