Activity Results Report SMART

The Activity Results Report displays test questions, answers, and results for different activities by employees with the ability to click through to see details on any record. This article walks you through the different filter and column options available in this report.

How to Access this Report

  1. Log in to Alchemy Manager
  2. Navigate to Reports and then select Run Reports
  3. Select Activity Results Report SMART from the list

     

Filter Options Specific to Activity Results Report SMART Report

Once you have made the desired customizations, click REFRESH at the bottom. The report will update based on the filter selections, and the settings drawer will close automatically.

  1. Select the Parent Activity (or activities) you want to see in the report
    • By default, all training activities will appear unless specifically selected.
    • Multiple activities can be selected.
  2. Select the Training date range you want to include in the report
    • By default, all training dates will be included unless a specific period or dates are selected.
    • You can choose either a specific period or individual dates.
  3. Select the Worksite of the training records being retrieved from.
    • By default, all worksites you are an admin for will appear unless specifically selected.
    • multiple worksites can be selected
  4. Use My Admin Groups or Group Filter to select specific group(s) to view only the users who are a part of that group and have taken the activities.
  5. Select Supervisor to view users that are supervised by the supervisor selected
  6. Select Users to view specific users.
  7. For the following options, simply check or uncheck the boxes:
    • By default, all Training Status will only display activities in the selected status. All activities will appear in the report unless specific statuses are selected.. 
    • Show Archived Users will show any users that have been archived.
    • Hide non-validated users will not show users who are in the Validate users (Player) list.
    • By default, all Answer status options will appear in the report unless a specific status is selected to display only the questions with the selected status.

Column Settings

For detailed descriptions of each column, refer to our Report Column Descriptions article. Once you have made the desired customizations, click REFRESH at the bottom. The report will update with the new filters and columns, and the settings drawer will close automatically.
