Qualification Requirement Status Report (Customizable)

The Qualification Requirement Status Report displays the Job Qualification requirements by user, their activity status, and what jobs they’re qualified to perform. This article walks you through the different filter and column options available in this report.

Filter Options Specific to Qualification Requirement Status Report (Customizable)
Once you have made the desired customizations, click REFRESH at the bottom. The report will update based on the filter selections, and the settings drawer will close automatically.
Select the Training date range you want to include in the report
By default, all training dates will be included unless a specific period or dates are selected.
You can choose either a specific period or individual dates.
Select the Worksite of the training records being retrieved from.
By default, all worksites you are an admin for will appear unless specifically selected.

Select the Job qualification you want to see in the report
By default, all job qualifications will appear unless specifically selected.
Multiple can be selected.
Use My Admin Groups or Group Filter to select specific group(s) to view only the users who are a part of that group and have taken the activities.
Select Supervisor to view users that are supervised by the supervisor selected
Select the Qualified date you want to include in the report
All dates will be included unless a specific period or dates are selected.
Select the Activity date you want to include in the report
All dates will be included unless a specific period or dates are selected.
Select the Qualification expiration date range you want to include in the report
All dates will be included unless a specific period or dates are selected.
For the following options, simply check or uncheck the boxes:
By default, all QualificationStatus will appear in the report unless a specific status is selected to display only the activities with the selected status.
Show retired Qualifications will show any Qualifications that have been retired.
Hide non-validated users will not show users who are in the Validate users (Player) list.
Show Archived Users will show any users that have been archived.
Column Settings
For detailed descriptions of each column, refer to our Report Column Descriptions article. Once you have made the desired customizations, click REFRESH at the bottom. The report will update with the new filters and columns, and the settings drawer will close automatically.
