How to Access this Report
- Log in to Alchemy Manager
- Navigate to Reports and then select Run Reports
- Select Detailed Observation Report from the list
Report Parameters
Use the following table to understand each parameter. Parameters marked with (Required) must be set before generating the report.

| Observation is one of |
Description: Select the specific observation to include in the report. Options: Lists all available observations. |
| Observation version |
Description: Choose the version of the observation to include. Options: Lists all available versions of the selected observation. |
| Worksite includes any of |
Description: Choose the worksites from which you want to retrieve observation records. Options: Lists all available worksites. Note: Use CTRL+click to select multiple worksites. |
| Start Date on or after |
Description: Specify the start date to include records from this date onward. Options: Enter a date or use keywords like "now," "today," "5 days ago," etc. |
| End Date on or after |
Description: Specify the end date to include records up to this date. Options: Enter a date or use keywords like "now," "today," "5 days ago," etc. |
| Group/Users (Required) |
Description: Select specific groups to include users from the chosen groups. Options: Lists all available groups. Note: Only groups you have admin access to will be available. Use CTRL+click to select multiple groups. |
| Archived Users |
Description: Choose whether to include archived users in the report. Options: Include in Report, Exclude from Report. |
| Format (Required) |
Description: Choose the format for the report output. Options: CSV, XML, XLS. |
