How to Access this Report
- Log in to Alchemy Manager
- Navigate to Reports and then select Run Reports
- Select Tests: Cumulative Results for a Course Report from the list
Report Parameters
Use the following table to understand each parameter. Parameters marked with (Required) must be set before generating the report.
Parameter | Description |
Choose Course |
Description: Select the course for which you want to generate the report. Options: Lists all available courses. Note: Only the latest active version of Alchemy content will appear. |
Choose User System Group |
Description: Select the user system group to include in the report. Options: Lists all available user system groups. |
Choose User Worksite |
Description: Choose the worksites from which you want to retrieve user records. Options: Lists all available worksites. |
Start Date on or after |
Description: Specify the start date to include records from this date onward. Options: Enter a date or use keywords like "now," "today," "5 days ago," etc. |
End Date on or after |
Description: Specify the end date to include records up to this date. Options: Enter a date or use keywords like "now," "today," "5 days ago," etc. |
Format (Required) |
Description: Choose the format for the report output. Options: CSV, XML, XLS. |

Reading the Tests: Cumulative Results for a Course Report
- The report shows each individual question within a course and the percentage of users who selected each answer option.
- This allows you to see how many people answered each question correctly or incorrectly, helping to identify areas where additional training may be needed.
