This article provides step-by-step instructions on changing worksites upon login on your Coach device to facilitate observations. In order to perform observations to other worksites you must have administrator access to that site. For more information visit the Relationships and Roles section of the How to Get Started with Coach article.
- Open Coach on your device.
- Choose your name on the accounts page.
- Enter your PIN, then click Sign In.
- From the home page, navigate to the Settings icon
- Select the blue arrow next to the Worksite.
- If you receive this message, you will not be able to change your worksite until you complete any observations that are in progress.
- Once in progress observations are marked complete, repeat steps 1 -5, and proceed to step 6.
- If you receive this message, you will not be able to change your worksite until you complete any observations that are in progress.
- Choose the worksite from the listing. The app will automatically start performing a sync for the selected worksite.
- Once the sync is complete, you will receive a message confirming a successful worksite change.
- Repeat steps 1-7 to change device worksite.
