This article reviews the credentials required to access Observations (Coach), and how to sign into the Intertek Alchemy Mobile app. Intertek Alchemy Mobile puts the collective knowledge, skill and expertise of every employee in the palm of your hand. It combines the capabilities of both Alchemy Playbook and Alchemy Coach in one convenient application.

Intertek Alchemy App Credentials
The Intertek Alchemy Mobile app includes both Course Creation/Job Qualifications and Observations, formerly known as Playbook and Coach. To access either, ensure your Manager credentials are set up before downloading the app and signing in. The table below lists the Manager credentials required to view each component. Click on the links within the table for step-by-step details on promoting Users in Manager to appropriate credentials. A worksite supervisor is assigned based on location, while level admin roles (e.g., Silver, Copper) define access within the administrations side of Manager. Level admin access is not required to use the mobile app. The table below differentiates credentials with their corresponding access and visibility.

Initial Intertek Alchemy Mobile App Device Set-Up
- Once downloaded from the respective app store, open the Intertek Alchemy mobile application.
- Open the Intertek Alchemy mobile application.
- Input your customer name (it can be found at the end of your Manager URL), click Next.
- The Intertek Alchemy mobile app is case sensitive, no spaces

- Enter your Manager credentials*, click Sign In.
*If you cannot log in, check the Intertek Alchemy Mobile App Credentials section to confirm your access. If the issue continues, contact your Alchemy Administrator. - Verify the worksite. If you supervise more than one worksite, there will be multiple to choose from.
- Create a 4-10 digit PIN (numbers only). You can use your previously used Coach PIN. Click on Save and Sign In.
- This will be required each time you login to the mobile app.

Initial Username Set-up on Intertek Alchemy Mobile App Device
- Open the Intertek Alchemy Mobile Application.
- Click on ADD ACCOUNT on the accounts page.
- Enter your Manager credentials, click Sign In.
- Create a 4-10 digit PIN (numbers only).
- This will be required each time you login to Coach

Intertek Alchemy Mobile App Sign-in Following Set-up
- Open Coach on your device.
- Choose your name on the accounts page.
- Enter your PIN, then click Sign In.
