This feature allows administrators to copy existing Learning Plan details and activities with the option of copying the user subscriptions. You must be a Silver + admin to use this feature. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to copy only learning plan details and activities, and how to copy subscriptions.

Copy Learning Plans (Details and Activities)
This option will copy learning plan details and activities only. Users can be manually added after the learning plan is copied.
- Navigate to Activities, then to the Learning Plans listing.
- Select the learning plan you wish to copy, then select COPY.
- At the Copy Learning Plan window, do not select the subscriptions checkboxes, select COPY PLAN.
- At the learning plan details page, you can configure details and activities.
- Click on ADD. You will receive a green confirmation ribbon when the learning plan and subscriptions are copied.
Copy Learning Plans (User, Group and Worksite Subscriptions)
This option will copy learning plan details, activities and copy user, group and worksite subscriptions. To copy users, groups and worksites you must have supervisory worksite access. As a best practice, review your groups subscriptions to ensure they are accurate and up to date before copying users.
- Navigate to Activities, then to the Learning Plans listing.
- Select the learning plan you wish to copy, then select COPY.
- At the Copy Learning Plan window, select your desired subscription checkbox(es), then select COPY PLAN.
- One or both checkboxes can be selected.
- Copy user subscriptions will copy users that were manually subscribed to the learning plan that is being copied.
- Copy groups/worksites subscriptions will copy users that were automatically subscribed through a group or worksite to the plan being copied.
- At the learning plan details page, you can configure details and activities.
- Click on ADD. You will receive a green confirmation ribbon when the learning plan and subscriptions are copied.
Note: Learning plan subscriptions may have some processing time. To indicate processing time, the learning plan displays an hourglass icon next to users . The hourglass will no longer be present once processing is completed. This can be found in the subscriptions tab within the learning plan.
