Adding questions to your Creator course is a great way to help your employees to retain information, while allowing the facilitator to check for comprehension. The questions will work in Player, elearning and Playbook.
Insert Question Slide
- In PowerPoint navigate to the Alchemy Creator ribbon, and select Question Slide
- the Question Slide will appear after the highlighted slide in PowerPoint (recommended)
- The Question Slide location defaults to the first slide if a slide is not highlighted
- By deafult the question slide will be a Multiple Choice type of question, see Change Question Type for other options
Build the Question Slide
- Fill in Question Text and Answer Text fields
- True/False and Yes/No question types will autopopulate the answer text boxes
- Check the Correct answer box
- Add Audio (recommended)
- Microphone icon: Record in Creator
- Speaker icon: Import a previously recorded audio clip
- Add Pictures
- View the image for the specific answer
- Preview Question
- Note: Previewing will only display the current slide without audio, you can preview the audio after exporting the complete course

Change Question Slide Type
- Click Options
- The Question Options window will appear
- Selct a Question Type and click on Apply
Multiple Choice
- Questions with custom answers
- Number of Answers (2-4 answers)
- Score Style, Graded is the default, Non-Graded questions will not count towards a score
