How to Access this Report
- Log in to Alchemy Manager
- Navigate to Reports and then select Run Reports
- Select Learning Plan Matrix Report from the list
Report Parameters
Use the following table to understand each parameter. Parameters marked with (Required) must be set before generating the report.
Parameter | Details |
Learning Plan (Required) |
Description: Select the specific Learning Plan to include in the report. Options: Lists all available Learning Plans. |
Groups and Worksites (Required) |
Description: Choose the groups and worksites from which you want to retrieve learning plan records for. Options: Lists all available groups and worksites. Note: Multiple groups and worksites can be selected. Use CTRL+click to select multiple. |
Archived Users |
Description: Choose whether to include archived users in the report. Options: Include in Report, Exclude from Report. |
Non-validated Users |
Description: Choose whether to include non-validated users in the report. Options: Include in Report, Exclude from Report, Only show. |
Primary Sort Field |
Description: Select the primary field by which to sort the report data. Options: Plan Due Date, User Last Name, First Name, etc. |
Show |
Description: Filter the report to show users based on their subscription status. Options: Yet to Complete, Completed, In Progress |
Format |
Description: Choose the format for the report output. Options: CSV, XML, XLS. |

Reading the Learning Plan Matrix Report
- Completed courses are indicated by a Date
- If a late completion window was added to a Learning Plan, the course completion date will include dates past the Plan Due Date.
- Not Attempted indicates that the course has not been taken.
- In Progress indicates that competency was not demonstrated
