Creating a Stand-Alone Evaluation

An Evaluation is a way to survey your users without attaching a grade. They can be used as ungraded knowledge checks, or to gather preferences on various topics. Evaluations can be taken through Player or eLearning. You can create your own custom Evaluations through Manager.

Creating the Evaluation

1. Navigate to Activities and select Evaluations
2. Select the Create New Evaluation button
   
3. Enter in a name for your Evaluation
4. Select your language and highlight your worksite
5. Select your delivery method from the drop down menu
6. Click SAVE
7. The screen will refresh and create a Draft Evaluation at the bottom of the page
8. Select the Edit button

Properties Tab

1. In the Properties tab, select whether the Evaluation will be anonymous or not
2. Click SAVE
   

Questions Tab

1. Navigate to the Questions tab and select the Add New Question button
   
2. Scroll down and choose Question Type, then select Next 
   • Likert options allow you to use scaled responses as answer choices
     
3. Type in the question and answers choices
4. Select the Save button
   

Publishing the Evaluation

1. Preview your questions, then select Publish
   

View the Evaluation in Player

1. From the Activities tab in Player, click the Download icon
2. The evaluation will now be available to select in the Activities Tab

View the Evaluation in eLearning

1. In eLearning, navigate to the Course Catalog
2. Search for the evaluation and click the play button
   • If a user has been assigned to the evaluation, it will appear in their My Learning Plans and My Courses tabs
