Stop and Resume a Course
If you need to leave the course before it is completed, you can exit the course and resume at a later time.
Note: Prior to February 13, 2023, the duration for a training record, visible in the Export Training Records report and Training Records report, measured the entire span of time between starting and finishing a course, including any hours and days between exiting and resuming the course.
Beginning on this date, the duration calculated the actual time spent taking the course, regardless of the date and time the course was started and completed.
When using this option, the best indicator of how much time was actually spent in the course is the estimated duration, which is available in the course listing and in the Export Training Records report.
