There are several types of Learning Plans, this article discusses Repeating Relative Date Learning Plans, which repeats on a defined cycle based on each user's completion date. Repeating Relative Date Learning Plans
This learning plan will appear similar to the Relative Date Learning Plan. The toggle for a Repeating Relative Date learning plan will be defaulted to the ON position. For step-by-step instructions visit Create a Relative Date Learning Plan.
Guidelines
- There is a repeat section to be completed after the initial completion window.
- There is a wait period before reassigning the plan. This is the repeat cycle.
- The Repeat Cycle is relative to the completion date of the Initial Assignment
- The Repeat Cycle can span any number of days
- To make a course (add or remove) or completion window change to a Repeating Relative Date Learning Plan, you must retire and then copy the Learning Plan to make this adjustment
- Don’t forget to re-subscribe your Users to the copied Learning Plan

- Great for managing certifications
- Use Manual Subscriptions if start times are individual
- Use Automatic Subscriptions if start times are synced

- Re-certification occurs every two years (730 days)
- Initial Completion Window: 45 Days
- Wait Period before reassigning the plan: 700 Days
- Completion Window: 30 Days
