Note: New to Playbook? Here are some directions to take you through the sign-in process. Below are pictures of signing in on an iPhone, but it will look similar on all approved Playbook devices.
First time set-up of the Playbook device
- Once downloaded from the respective app store, open the Playbook application
- Input the customer name (it can be found at the end of your Manager URL)
- Playbook is case sensitive, no spaces
- Click Next
- Enter your Manager credentials*, click Sign In
*If you cannot log in, you may not have Playbook access. Please contact your Alchemy Administrator. - Verify the worksite, if you supervise more than one worksite, there will be multiple to choose from (you will be able to select only one)
- Create a 4-10 digit PIN (numbers only)
- This will be required each time you login to Playbook

- Click SAVE AND SIGN IN
First time set-up of your username on a Playbook device
- Open the Playbook application
- Click on ADD ACCOUNT on the accounts page
- Follow steps 4-7 above
Signing into Playbook after set up
- Open Playbook on your device
- Choose your name on the accounts page
- Enter your PIN and click SIGN IN
