Note: The Learning Plan Progress Report shows complete and incomplete activities by users for one or more Learning Plans. This article walks you through the different filter and column options available in this report. For instructions on navigating SMART reports, see Using Smart Reports.

How to Access this Report
- Log in to Alchemy Manager
- Navigate to Reports and then select Run Reports
- Select Learning Plan Progress Report SMART from the list
Filter Options Specific to Learning Plan Progress SMART Report
Once you have made the desired customizations, click REFRESH at the bottom. The report will update based on the filter selections, and the settings drawer will close automatically.
- Select the Learning Plan(s), click APPLY to save your selections.
- Change the Learning Plan due date range if you want to view progress within a specific range.
- Select the Quick Assigned Plans in the filters to view and select Quick Assigned Learning Plans
- For the following options, simply check or uncheck the boxes:
- Show retired plans will include any learning plans that have been retired.
- Show future subscriptions
- will include learning plans that are not yet active on that day.
- Show Archived Users will show any users that have been archived.
- Hide non-validated Users will not show users who are in the Validate users (Player) list.
- The User plan completion status will only display the users with the selected status in the learning plan; by default, all users will appear in the report, regardless of status, unless selected.
- By default, Activity Status will only display the activities in the selected status; all will appear in the report, regardless of status, unless selected.
- Select the worksite of Learning Plan records being retrieved (multiple worksites can be selected), click APPLY to save your selections.
- By default all worksites you are an admin for will appear, unless specifically selected.
- Select specific group(s) to only view the users who are assigned to the Learning Plan from the group(s ) selected, click APPLY to save your selections.
- You can select groups(s) for which you have admin access to.
- Select Supervisor to view users that are supervised by the supervisor selected, click APPLY to save your selections.
- Once you are satisfied with the adjusted filters, click REFRESH at the bottom. The report will refresh with the updated filters and columns, with the settings drawer closed
- By default when no selections are made the Refresh button will be inactive and gray, it will be active and blue once selections are made.
