Dynamic Groups help enable the organization and assignment of job qualifications. This article explains how worksites factor into the process and provides step-by-step instructions for managing Dynamic Groups and Job Qualifications assignments.

Dynamic Group Worksites
Job qualifications that include a Dynamic Groups worksite are available for subscription. Dynamic Groups will display only the qualifications relevant to their associated worksites. Below is an example of qualifications available for the listed Dynamic Groups.
This applies to both assigning job qualifications from Dynamic Groups and assigning Dynamic Groups from job qualifications.

Assigning a Job Qualification from a Dynamic Group
- From the main menu, navigate to Users and select Groups.
- Select the desired Dynamic Group.
- From the group menu, select Job Qualifications.
- Click on the +/- Qualifications icon.
- Select from one or multiple job qualifications, then select Save.

- After the qualifications are added, you will be able to:
- Search for the qualifications assigned to the group.
- View who is qualified within the group.
- View qualification details by clicking on the blue icon.
Assigning a Dynamic Group from a Job Qualification
- From the main menu, navigate to Activities and select Job Qualifications.
- Select the desired Job Qualification.
- From the qualification menu, select Assignments.
- Then click on +/- Groups Icon.
- Select from one or multiple groups, then select Save.

- After the group is added, you will be able to:
- Search for Users assigned to the qualification.
- View Users qualification status.
- View Users assignment type (manually assigned or assigned through a group).
- Some users may need some time to process as indicated by the
icon.
Dynamic Groups with No Worksite (Diamond Admins)
A Diamond admin can create a Dynamic Group without assigning a worksite in the group ruleset. In this case, job qualifications and Dynamic Groups will function as described below:
From Dynamic Groups: The Diamond admin can see all job qualifications available within the system, regardless of the qualification and group worksite(s).
From Job Qualifications: The Diamond admin can see all Dynamic Groups in the system, regardless of the qualification and group worksite(s).
