One effective approach to enhancing training knowledge is to have an Alchemy Champion within your organization. We have two different ways to learning about the Alchemy Platform. Whether onboarding a member using a Learning Plan or through the Alchemy Help Site, both options provide a great introduction to the Alchemy Platform, obtain knowledge as well as how to get started with each Alchemy Component.

Onboard using Alchemy Help
Option 1: Gain Knowledge through Videos and Articles
Using the Onboard with Alchemy Help document, watch videos and read articles suggested for your role. They are grouped by role and topic and are listed in a suggested order, but you can complete these courses in any order you would like.
To use this document, simply click on the desired video or article link to view that content. Additionally, you can access the Help Site section dedicated to the Alchemy component by clicking on the component icons throughout the document. Onboard with a Learning Plan
Option 2: Train New Users though eLearning
Using the Onboard with a Learning Plan you can tailor the course content using the curriculum listed in step 3 of this document when adding learning plan activities. With the learning plan option, you can also track your employees learning with the use of learning plan reports, streamlining the effectiveness of your Alchemy Champion learning plans.
