A Stand-alone Test is a graded assessment for determining comprehension of a set of learning objectives. They can be used to test your users knowledge after an in-person presentation or as a follow-up to a training session. Tests can be taken through Player or eLearning. You can edit a company-specific Test in Manager.
Note: When you publish the copied draft of an existing Test, the original one will be archived.
Editing an Existing Test
- Navigate to Activities > Test
- Click the Edit button next to the test that needs editing
- Click Copy to Draft next to the test
- If the test has not been published, click the Edit next to the evaluation under the Draft Evaluation heading.
- If the test has not been published, click the Edit next to the evaluation under the Draft Evaluation heading.
- Click Edit under the Draft you just created
- Make changes to the sections and questions of the evaluation

- Click Publish
View the Test in Player
- From the Activities tab in Player, click the Download icon
- The evaluation will now be available to select in the Activities Tab
View the Test in eLearning
- In eLearning, navigate to the Course Catalog
- Search for the evaluation and click the play button
- If a user has been assigned to the evaluation, it will appear in their My Learning Plans and My Courses tabs
