Once a course has been published, it can only be edited in Manager for those with Playbook admin access to worksites the course is enabled for. This article discusses how to edit the details of a Playbook Course.

Editing Course Details in Manager
- In Manager, navigate to Activities and select Courses.
- Select the Playbook course you wish to edit.
- To only see Playbook courses, you can filter by course type
- Note: if a course has not been published, it will not be listed in the courses. See Edit a Playbook Course Draft in Manager for details.
- Click on Show Details to start making edits.
- Here you can change the following details:
- Course Category: change the category the Playbook course is in, by default, unless changed courses are added to the Playbook category.

Worksite: change what worksites can use the Playbook Course.
- Note: You must have be a worksite supervisor of the existing course in order to make these changes.

Passing score: change the minimum score needed to receive a complete status on the course; by default, this is set to 80%.
- Note: If a user has taken the course, changing the passing score will not change the previous completion status of a user.
- Course Delivery: change where the course can be taken.
