Playbook course drafts can be easily viewed and edited by users with Playbook Admin access. You can edit a draft in two places: Manager or Playbook. This article explains how to edit draft courses in Playbook.
Once a course is created, it can only be viewed and edited by a Manager Admin who supervises the worksite. This ensures stronger content governance and collaboration at the worksite level, keeping drafts focused and secure until they are ready to be published.
