Quick Assign allows administrators in Manager to search for a course and selectively assign it to users for training completion.
How To Assign a Single Course
- Navigate to Activities and select Courses.
- Search for the course that you would like to assign and click on the course title.
- Note that all related courses in the same parent will also be added.
- In the course details page, in the top-right corner, click Quick Assign.
- You will see a window that allows you to create a Quick Assign Learning Plan.

Please also keep in mind the following:
- A: The Learning Plan Title is automatically filled in with a title; you can edit this after it has been assigned.
- B: Select one or more users to be assigned to the course; you can assign groups/worksites after it has been assigned.
- C: The Due Date is optional. If you choose to select a Due Date, the Start Date will be the day in which the Learning Plan was Assigned.
- After selecting users to enroll and considering the optional Due Date, click ASSIGN.

- A new window will appear and inform you that your Quick Assign Learning Plan has been added; If you wish to edit the Learning Plan, click Plan Details.
- You can now edit the Learning Plan Title, Edit Subscriptions (including Automatic Groups/Worksites), among other features typically associated with a Fixed Date Learning Plan.
