After creating a Quick Assign Learning Plans you can edit the title, assign it to additional users and modify the dates. This article will walk you through the steps to find a Quick Assign Learning Plan and provide guidance on editing your Quick Assign Learning Plans.
Find a Quick Assign Learning Plan
Quick assign Learning Plans are hidden by default in the Learning Plan listing. Follow these steps to include Quick Assign Learning Plans in the Learning Plan listing.
- From your Manager website, navigate to the Activities section
- Select Learning Plans
- Click on Filter
- In Filter by plan type, select Quick assigned plans
- Select other learning plan types to include them in the learning plan list page
- Click Apply
- Click on the learning Plan title to edit it
- If you have selected multiple learning plans in the filter, check the Type column to confirm that it is a Quick Assign Learning Plan.

Edit a Quick Assign Learning Plan
